Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Please read carefully!

Packaging options:

First Class Package

First Class Packages come with tracking, but no insurance. 

First Class Priority/UPS/First Class International

Priority Mail has tracking and insurance, but of course, you pay more for it.  (At current domestic rates, a single 32-page comic costs $1.60 to send First Class as a flat, roughly $5.00 to send as a First Class Package (varying by distance), and around $8.00 to send via Priority (again, varying a bit by distance).  The differences are even more pronounced for international shipping.)

*GD Subscriptions will continue to be sent in standard kraft brown envelopes.

El Cheapo package (standard kraft brown envelopes)

Very inexpensive, but no tracking, and more subject to potential damage. We are not responsible for damages that may occur with this shipping option.


Stayflat envelope: For up to 3 32-page comics, or the equivalent page count/weight (e.g., 2 40-page comics, 1 TPB up to 96 pp., etc.)  As long as it's 13 oz. or less including packaging weight (about 4 oz. for mailer, bags and boards).  Stayflats are reasonably sturdy, but are vulnerable to bending if your mail carrier is particularly determined to fit them into a standard mailbox.  (This doesn't happen often, but it does happen.  Any customer experiencing this who doesn't want to pay for heavier packaging should first consult with their mail carrier and/or said carrier's supervisor at their local post office.) We are not responsible for damages that may occur with this shipping option.

gemini mailer

Gemini mailer: For special-edition covers (foil, card stock, limited printings, etc.) The flash mailers(Gemini mailers) are sturdier and allow room for bubble wrap, but heavier, enough that they can bump total package weight into the Priority Mail class an ounce or two sooner than the Stayflats. 


Apparel is packaged in Polybag mailers: Tough, tear-proof polyethylene envelopes, light-weight, saves on shipping, water resistant, and tamper resistant.


Fold-up mailer/box: For orders of 7-25 32-page comics in thickness.  International orders over 2 lb. may be sent via FedEx International. Please include your phone number as contact info if you are ordering items of sufficient weight for international shipping. Domestic or foreign orders for items thicker in total than 25 32-page issues.  Domestic orders over 5 lb. may be sent via UPS Ground.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or International addresses

We at ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and international addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We at are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


We at are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

  • Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
  • Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
  • International Orders may require 7-21 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.

Returns / Exchanges

  • Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
  • International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
  • If you choose the "El cheapo" shipping method and your product incurs damages we are not responsible.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns on digital PDFs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 4700 Timco W #100, San Antonio, TX 78238.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
